STRENGTH TRAINING
BEGINNER
0-6 months prior training experience required

Are you new to the gym? Looking to start a weights program but dont know how to determine what exercises to choose or what reps and sets to perform. Strength Training is vital for health and wellbeing. Without it individuals beome weak and prone to illness.  My strength training porgram for beginners will introduce you to the gym, weights and exercises  that will benefit your mental and physical wellbeing. OPTION 2

STRENGTH TRAINING
INTERMEDIATE

6-12 months prior training experience required 

Have you been exercising for 6 to 12 months and reached a plateau in your training? Looking for help to take your training to the next level. Then look no further than my strength training package for people with intermediate level experience..  Strength Training is a mindset that comes from routinely performing physical exercises that challenges your previously held beliefs on what your capable of achieving. 12+ months prior training experience required

Do you have 12 months or more strength training experience under your belt. Have you noticed the psychological and physical benefits that come with regular and consistent training. Then you're now in a position to take the next step in your pursuit of mental and physical strength.
